Empty your hand, then your face‑up cards, then your blind face‑down cards. The last player still holding cards is the Poo Head.
A turn. Play one card, several of the same rank, or a run of ascending ranks (any suits, repeats allowed, e.g. 3‑4‑4‑5‑6) laid low to high — the lowest must be the same rank or higher than the top of the pile. A run can even continue from your hand into your face‑up cards in one play. Then draw back up to 7 while the draw pile lasts. Can't play? Pick up the whole pile.
Power cards.
2 Reset — play on anything; the next card can be anything. (Can also sit at the bottom of a run.)
7 Transparent — plays on any card; the next player must beat whatever sits under the 7.
10 & Joker Burn — clears the pile and you go again.
4 of a kind Burn — four of one rank clears the pile, even if 7s are mixed between them.
Order. Hand first, then your 3 face‑up cards, then your 3 face‑down cards played blind. Flip a face‑down that doesn't play and you pick up the pile with it.
Setup. Swap between your hand and face‑up cards, then hit Ready. Whoever holds the 3♣ in hand leads.
