Set the table
Pick two or three players, name them, and choose a full board (121) or once around (61).
Peg every hand
Tap a player, then tap their count. Pegs slide up the track; a mis-count is one undo away.
First one out wins
Reach the target to win — mind the skunk line at 91 — then rematch or start fresh.
